Russian manufacturers of vending equipment. Vending machines. Do you have a large product line?

Vending machines have a lot of advantages and have been widely used in small businesses for a long time. The variety of machines in terms of functionality is amazing - attractions (oracles, predictors, horoscopes), children's toys, vending machines for supplying non-freezing liquid for motorists, scales, lenses - all this is just a small part of the range of goods and services. In a professional environment, there are several types of vending machines:

  • food vending machines (snack vending machines);
  • vending shops (sale of goods and services);
  • terminals (kiosks);
  • devices for the provision of services (for example, automatic ticket offices);
  • entertainment equipment;

You can buy vending machines quite inexpensively, especially if you have reliable suppliers . There are many in Moscow outlets, which sell coffee machines at a low price (on instant or grain coffee). The basis of the right purchase is the choice of manufacturer and supplier. Many manufacturers put in manufacturing process serious multi-stage quality control, selection of defective products, regular expansion of possible functionality. As a rule, all equipment undergoes mandatory certification and meets the standards of modern safety requirements.

The main advantages of vending machines include:

  • providing the consumer with the necessary goods in an unexpected place;
  • ease of use with numerous options;
  • low cost of goods and services (due to the lack of a full-fledged amount of rent and salary to the seller);
  • certified products that meet the requirements in the consumer's region;
  • small footprint;
  • the possibility of continuous operation around the clock, which is important at railway stations, airports, catering points;
  • mobility, the possibility of easy transportation (due to the collapsible design)

For example, it is enough to inspect outdoor devices once a week, adding basic ingredients and goods as necessary. Maintenance is often carried out by the manufacturer. Many manufacturers indicate a long period Maintenance from the side of the organization (this is very convenient when starting a vending business from scratch). From the point of view of financial investments, coffee machines are more profitable for a businessman than snack machines or equipment for the sale of piece goods.

When organizing a new business without much investment, you can give preference to buying used devices, but here the owner can expect pitfalls in the form of a quick failure, lack of warranty service (which means spending on calling a specialist). The best options would be to purchase new equipment from a reliable manufacturer or trusted suppliers. Our online store allows you to choose the best types of vending equipment, adapted to the needs of each businessman. In addition, the business organizer does not need to think about how to install and maintain the device, our range of services includes installation and regular maintenance.

In conversation with us successful entrepreneur Konstantin Starkin spoke about the advantages and prospects of the vending business in Russia, and also spoke about the nuances of vending machine production.

Main points of the interview:

  • Type of activity: Manufacture of vending machines
  • Location: Russia, Moscow
  • Experience entrepreneurial activity A: more than 10 years.
  • The number of issued machines: more than 500 pieces (data for January 2015).
  • Why did you get into production? «…. vending trade in Russia is poorly developed. On the other hand, the production of vending machines is practically not developed. , there was no equipment on the market that would meet the necessary criteria”
  • Is it worth starting a business in a crisis: “In my opinion, the time of crisis is great for those who want to start their own business. Applicable to the vending trade, this rule is even more relevant .... "
  • What business success depends on: “The main thing in achieving success is the desire to act, and not to look for excuses for inaction, not to refer to fictitious difficulties.”

Konstantin, how long have you been in this business? How did the history of your company begin?

I have been doing vending for a long time, more than 10 years. It all started with the installation and maintenance of slot machines. At first, we used imported equipment, which was rather labor-intensive to maintain. Components were ordered from third-party suppliers and arrived in 4-5 months.

When gaming business got banned, we began to look for a new niche. Toys, no doubt, are a stable and highly profitable area, especially since the vending trade in Russia is underdeveloped. On the other hand, the production of vending machines is practically not developed. , there was no equipment on the market that would meet the necessary criteria.

Together with partners, it was decided to develop and organize the production of a new and unique vending machine for our market. That is why the name of our company is New Vending Technologies LLC (official website of the company https://www.newvend.ru/).

Why did you decide to switch from trade to the production of commercial equipment?

It cannot be said that the company completely switched from sales to the creation of devices, since we still have a number of outlets (Novosibirsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg).

Why did you decide to become a manufacturer? Firstly, it is interesting to do something new, realizing the usefulness of your own efforts. Secondly, there was knowledge and understanding of what kind of product our market needs.

To be honest, at first glance, your equipment gives the impression that it is imported. For me, his Russian origin was a discovery.

vending machine business - a tricky one to Russian realities, like the creation of any unique product. Now, looking back at the path traveled, you understand how risky it was. But the company coped, having managed to establish a very clear, streamlined process for the production of equipment. Today we are proud that all products are completely assembled in Russia with the maximum use of local components.

In cooperation with the best domestic designers, a very durable, reliable apparatus, Mangosteen, adapted to our realities, was created. By the way, we are completely confident in our product, and since the beginning of 2015 we have increased its warranty service to 3 years.

Do you have a large product line?

3 items are produced:

We also produce capsules for toys (ed. Before selling, toys must be packed in capsules), on two production lines- 60 and 100 mm.

How many vending machines have you made? And what is the geography of equipment sales?

More than 500 units rolled off the assembly line. For now, we only cooperate with Russia and Kazakhstan, but we strive to develop the Mangosteen sales network in other countries as well. Our products are installed in more than 60 cities, from Moscow, where we started to develop our network, to Khabarovsk, from Sochi to St. Petersburg. The company's products are presented in almost all cities with a population of over one million, as well as in very small and remote settlements.

Do you already have your products in Crimea?

Unfortunately, not yet, but we will be glad to see representatives of the Crimea in our ranks.

I understand the sale of toys through the machine, but the sale of jewelry is not entirely clear. Is it possible to buy jewelry blindly? On personal experience I can say - before buying any hairpin, a woman will measure 15 pieces. Or is the device aimed specifically at men: came - bought - presented?

The capsules in which the jewelry is packed are transparent. Customers perfectly see what they are buying, plus videos with the presented jewelry are scrolling on the monitor. The price of jewelry in the machine is much lower than usual, since there are no costs either for sellers or for renting large premises. This, of course, is a tangible plus in the implementation of jewelry.

Do you order toys for sale in China? Have you thought about organizing the production of goods in the Russian Federation?

Is vending a business for megacities (or regional centers) or is it possible in a small town? Does it make sense to install equipment, say, in a city with a population of 100,000 people?

We have quite successful partners in small towns. Well, in a city with a population of 100,000 inhabitants, you can not only install 1 vending machine, but also develop a network of even 10 outlets.

In general, vending in Russia - a rather delicate occupation when it comes to small towns. On the one hand, in a small settlement (if it is not the north), the income of the population is lower, but at the same time, the level of competition and rental rates are lower. Prices for toys are also more attractive to buyers than in our usual retail formats.

The main obstacle is the unfamiliarity of automated trading, the fear that the machine will "eat the money, but not give back the goods." Therefore, the owner of this kind of equipment in a small town should pay more attention to promotions, show how easy it is to make purchases here. It is necessary to attract customers, and new buyers will be found thanks to word of mouth.

Recently I talked with an acquaintance who claimed that sales through vending machines are not an activity for Russia, since the domestic consumer is conservative. How right do you think he is?

I agree with your friend. Russians are a conservative people, but vending is actively gaining momentum, and in the next 3-5 years it will become an integral part of our lives. Already now in large cities equipment with snacks, coffee machines, newspaper machines are on every corner. Other vending machines will soon have the same boom, but at the same time it is very important to gain a foothold in a niche while there are excellent places.

What, in your opinion, are the prospects for the vending business in Russia against the backdrop of current market realities?

The outlook is amazing. We see how tent sales are reduced to a minimum in Moscow, and automated sales are coming to replace it, so it is logical to assume similar rearrangements in other cities. Vending is convenient, reliable and of high quality. In the very near future, we are waiting for a 10-fold jump in the development of automated trading.

Is it really worth starting a business in a crisis? Maybe it's better to wait until everything "settles down"?

In my opinion, the crisis time is great for those who want to start their own business. Applicable to vending trade, this rule is even more relevant, since now people are thinking about saving money, and the prices for goods in vending machines can be significantly lower than market prices (savings in wages, rent). In addition, a huge plus is the widespread reduction in rental rates.

Even if the buyer of the vending machine decides that such trading is not for him or, for example, changes his place of residence, retail store equipment you can always sell profitably, recouping the investment spent on launching the project.

How difficult is it to be an entrepreneur in Russia?

Our company employs patriots who want to live and develop in their homeland. I believe that now is a great time for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, since there are a huge number of government programs aimed at promoting entrepreneurship. There is an opportunity to receive subsidies, and negotiations are underway aimed at reducing tax burden.

And the last question: in your opinion, what needs to be done to succeed in business?

The main thing in achieving success is the desire to act, and not to look for excuses for inaction, not to refer to fictitious difficulties. Look for an activity that interests you. "Only the brave conquer the seas!"

Vending is the sale of various goods or the provision of services through special machines. All over the world, vending machines are quite in demand, and in Russia this profitable business is just gaining momentum. The purchase and use of vending machines is an excellent additional or main source of income:

  1. No need to pay a salary to the seller or look for a replacement for the sick leave period.
  2. There is no need to rent the entire premises, since the machine can be placed anywhere. Suitable as a spacious hall of an entertainment or business center, as well as the territory of a hospital or train station.
  3. The device operates in an uninterrupted mode, and repairs do not require large expenditures or the help of a highly specialized specialist.
  4. Profit significantly exceeds the cost of maintenance.

We offer the most popular options for vending machines, taking into account the basic needs of the population. Among the presented assortment, it remains to choose the most popular device:

  • Plain drinking or carbonated water;
  • Hot lunches;
  • Snacks and ice cream;
  • Postomats and automatic devices for charging phones;
  • Luggage storage;
  • Self-service car wash;
  • Coffee machines;
