Getting a grant to start a small business. How to get money to open your own business from the state through the employment center. Where can I spend a subsidy for small businesses from the state

Elena Vasilyeva talks about the opportunities and programs that the state provides for starting a new business, about how a budding entrepreneur can get a subsidy from the regional Employment Center to develop their business; sequentially describes a process consisting of 10 steps

The state, through many different programs, provides assistance to citizens in opening own business. The amount of assistance, the conditions for granting subsidies are very different from each other. Despite the difficult financial position states, the presence of sanctions, low price more than 3 billion rubles were allocated for oil just to support beginning farmers in 2018.

You can receive a subsidy both for starting a new business from scratch, and for supporting an existing one. First you need to study what business support programs operate in your area. Particular attention should be paid to the conditions for granting subsidies. Some types of assistance are refundable, or if you do not meet the conditions of the grant, you will have to return the grant in full. Therefore, it is important to correctly assess your strengths and in no case try to get money for business development without plans to organize the business itself. This entails not only financial liability, but also criminal.

It is important to cancel that assistance from the state can be provided not only in material form. If your project is socially significant, then you can get the right to participate in exhibitions, free outsourcing, additional professional education and so on.

Subsidies from the employment center

One of the most simple ways to receive a subsidy for your own business is to contact the employment center in your region. Subsidy for the unemployed: citizens who are registered with the Employment Center can open their own business. In 2019, financial assistance for starting your own business is 59,800 rubles. If the presence of employees is assumed, then for each of them you can receive the same amount. This subsidy is non-refundable unless your business fails within a year of receiving the subsidy. In this case, it will be necessary to return the entire amount to the state.

Specify the necessary package of documents for obtaining this subsidy at the Employment Center. In all necessary documents, it is important to pay attention to the business plan. As a rule, you need to clearly describe the essence of your business, calculate the profitability and be ready to defend this business plan before a special commission of the Employment Center.

Subsidy for start-up entrepreneurs - in 2019, the amount of this subsidy increased to 300 thousand rubles. This subsidy is suitable for those who have been running their business for at least 12 months. The state issues this assistance on the condition of a 50 to 50 share participation. This means that you must replenish the turnover of your business from personal funds for the same amount. This money can be spent on the purchase of equipment, materials, rent of premises and the like.

A debt guarantee is a program in which the state vouches for the return of credit funds to the bank. Suitable only for an existing business with a good history.

Compensation of leasing expenses is another interesting program of the Employment Center. The bottom line is that part of the cost of transport or equipment can be repaid by the state. The amount of this assistance is different for each region.

The federal portal of small and medium-sized businesses, by analogy with the Employment Centers, is designed to help businesses. This organization helps businessmen not only with financial investments, but also with consultations, preferential loans, and training.

We will not re-paint the existing programs and types of assistance in this article. We encourage you to visit the website and learn about current assistance programs in your area.

Business support through concessional lending

Preferential lending is a very popular and convenient form of business assistance. The same Employment Center can act as a guarantor for obtaining a loan, or through a regional central office or the Small and Medium Business Portal, you can receive compensation for repayment of interest on a loan. There are also programs to support businesses through targeted soft loans. This usually refers to socially significant industries or agriculture. Some of these programs may be regional, but, as a rule, they have a federal status.

As can be seen from the above programs, there are quite a few mechanisms to help entrepreneurs. So if you want to do own business, but there are no funds for this, feel free to contact your regional central office, the Federal portal of small and medium-sized businesses, and the Administration of your city. Getting help to open and maintain your own business is absolutely real.

Step-by-step instructions for obtaining a subsidy from the Employment Center to open your own business

Step 1. Contact the Employment Center and check if your project is eligible for a subsidy. For example, retail store alcoholic products they will definitely not finance, but production souvenir products or a design studio for teaching children to draw is suitable. Also check if there are funds for subsidies in the budget and, if not, find out when they will be.

Step 2. Register with the Employment Center. You may have to go to several directions to work from the CZ. If our goal is to receive a subsidy, then we make sure that a potential employer refuses our services. When there are funds in the budget to provide assistance to start-up entrepreneurs, you will be asked to write an application for a subsidy.

Step 3. Courses on the basics of entrepreneurial activity. In some regions, ECs send candidates to receive a subsidy for such courses. The state pays for them through the conclusion of a tripartite agreement between you, the organizers of the courses and the Central Hall. Even if it seems to you that you will not learn anything new in these courses, you should not neglect them. There they will tell you how to write a business plan, how to protect it. They will also help you deal with issues such as the taxation system, profitability, business attractiveness, and so on.

Step 4. Drawing up a business plan. I must say right away that it is better to write a business plan yourself, and not use the services of economist friends, and even more so do not download it from the Internet. For the Employment Center, a business plan is not just a formal document; it will be questioned in the future and you will need to protect it. Therefore, in order to look confident in front of the commission and understand what you are talking about, it is worth writing a business plan yourself.

Business plan requirements

You will be given to the Central Office. Here is a rough business plan structure:

  • Description of goods or services, their relevance;
  • Competitiveness;
  • The timing of the project;
  • Number of jobs created;
  • Profitability;
  • Safety.

Clarification on the item "The number of jobs created." The amount of the subsidy will be multiplied by the number of employees in your company. That is, if you plan to work independently, then you will receive from the CZ, for example, 90 thousand rubles (the amount varies in each region), and if you have four employees, then the amount of the subsidy will be 360 thousand rubles for employees and 90 thousand for you.

When the business plan is ready, take it to the Central Office for verification. Maybe something needs to be adjusted.

Step 5. Business plan protection. If you did the previous step yourself, then you should not have any problems. Your task will be to present the idea of the commission and answer questions. As a rule, commissions are very loyal and if they see that a person is serious about his business idea and is really ready to implement it, then there will be no problems with protection.

Step 6. Register an individual entrepreneur or LLC and open an account. At this stage, I advise you to consult with accountants regarding the choice of a taxation system for your project and the form of doing business (IP or LLC). If you open an individual entrepreneur, then remember that you will have to pay fixed pension contributions, which do not depend on whether you work or not. There are no such problems in an LLC, and if the LLC does not function and delivers zero balances, then the company does not pay taxes.

The “plus” of an IP is that it is much easier to close it than an LLC. These are the most popular questions that influence the choice of the form of doing business. In any case, it is worth consulting before making a choice.

Most convenient form taxation is STS (simplified taxation system) 6%.

All expenses associated with opening an individual entrepreneur or LLC are compensated by the Employment Center, so collect all checks, conclude contracts, and so on. Compensation from the CZ is possible only if all supporting documents are available.

Step 7. Take the extract from the USRIP or USRLE to the Employment Center to confirm the fact that you registered as an individual entrepreneur or opened a company, as well as the details of a current account or a bank card for transferring subsidies to them. If you want to receive money on a bank card, then open a MIR card - this is a prerequisite.

Step 8. The funds received must be spent within 90 days. It is worth noting one important point: all money should be spent only in accordance with your business plan. Collect all checks, conclude contracts and, in general, take this issue very seriously, since you will have to report to the Central Hall on how you spent the subsidy funds.

Try to meet a shorter deadline, as even with what you thought were confirmed expenses, problems can arise. For example, the CZ is unlikely to accept an incorrectly executed delivery note or a sales receipt with an illegible seal.

Step 9. The last stage is the existence of your business for a year. This is a prerequisite for receiving a subsidy. More precisely, not receiving a subsidy, but the fact that you do not have to return the entire amount of the subsidy back to the state.

Step 10. Although it was written in the previous paragraph that it was the last one, however, at the very beginning of the article it was said that the state supports business with a large number of programs. Including those projects that are already running and that need additional help to expand!

Have an idea but don't have the money to make it happen? A subsidy for starting a business is your chance to become a businessman without getting into loans. Funds for starting your own business can be obtained as part of the state program to support small businesses through the Employment Center (CZN). The institution provides a subsidy free of charge in the amount of 59,000 rubles. The state is interested in providing this kind of subsidies, since these support measures reduce the unemployment rate and increase tax revenues to the state budget.

  • have reached the age of majority;

How to get a grant to start a business

The amount of the subsidy provided is 59,000 rubles. To get help and start a business, you need to go through the following steps:

  1. Register as unemployed and apply for unemployment benefits at the employment center.
  2. Get advice from an employee of the EPC on the provision of subsidies.
  3. Submit a declaration of intent to start your own business.
  4. Get tested.
  5. Prepare a business plan for the future enterprise.
  6. Submit a developed business plan and an application for a subsidy to the EPC. Based on the results of its verification, a special commission will decide on the possibility of providing money for starting a business. It is finally accepted by the director of the institution based on the conclusions of the commission within no more than ten working days.
  7. Conclude an agreement on the transfer of funds with a positive decision of the commission.
  8. Register an individual entrepreneur or LLC.
  9. Provide business registration documents and reports on all expenses that were made using state-provided funds to the employment center.

Drawing up a business plan

The purpose of a business plan is to describe the products that the company is going to produce, or the services that are planned to be provided. It is also worth noting the necessary equipment, the availability of employees and their number, ways of selling goods or services. And also calculate the expected profitability of the future enterprise.

You can draw up a business plan yourself or entrust this work to specialists. When preparing a document on your own, it is worth considering the main points that the commission draws attention to:

  • First of all, the specialists of the employment center will evaluate the originality and innovativeness of the business idea. Non-standard ideas are preferred.
  • Profitability of the future business.
  • Jobs created. Business project that involves employment employees, will be a priority, since the main task of the employment center is to employ the unemployed.
  • Availability of initial capital. Subsidies are provided only when investing own funds of start-up entrepreneurs. At the same time, personal finance should be attracted 2-3 times more than the funds provided. Otherwise, the grant will most likely be denied.
  • Expense items. It is recommended to write in the business plan all items of expenditure for which it is planned to spend the subsidy funds. At the same time, it is better to indicate the purchase of fixed assets, for example, furniture, appliances, transport, as items of expenditure. You should not spend these funds on advertising or renting a room.

After drawing up a business plan, the EPC should be notified about this. The Commission will appoint a day for its presentation and defense. During the defense of the project, it is worth dwelling in detail on each of the points of the plan. This will show your interest in implementing the business idea. It is also worth preparing for possible questions from members of the commission. These may be issues related to the choice of taxation regime or plans for detuning from competitors.

A well-written business plan that describes original idea, will allow you to receive a subsidy to start your own business. As a rule, for such projects, employees of employment centers often make a positive decision to provide support.

Registration of a business after a positive decision

Once you've figured out how to get a small business start-up grant, it's important to figure out what's next.

After the business plan has been checked by the commission and a positive decision has been made on the provision of a state subsidy, you can proceed to register your own small business. Just like with a business plan, you can do everything yourself or entrust the work of an outsourcing company specializing in these

The number of start-up businessmen is steadily increasing every year. An increase in their number has a positive effect on economic indicators country as a whole and satisfies the ever-growing needs of the population.

State financial support contributes to the emergence of new small and medium-sized businesses. The authorities of a particular region are trying to introduce methods of assistance: various benefits, subsidies, and material payments. How to get such support? Let's figure it out.

Which entrepreneurs can count on help from the state?

The state mainly provides financial support to owners of small and medium-sized businesses. To find out if your company belongs to this category, you should pay attention to the number of employees and the amount of annual turnover. The following formats of enterprises can count on money from the state:

  • start-up business(up to 15 people in the state with an annual turnover of up to 120 million rubles);
  • small business(up to 100 people in the state with an annual turnover of up to 800 million rubles);
  • medium business(up to 250 people in the state with an annual turnover of up to 2 billion rubles).

To qualify for assistance, companies must meet the following requirements:

  • duration of existence from the moment of opening - no more than 2 years;
  • the company is registered with the tax service;
  • SME is not a tax debtor.

Important: the chances of financing are much higher for businessmen who have social benefits and also own a social or export-oriented business.

Remember that the state provides support to entrepreneurs whose field of activity is among the priorities. To apply for gratuitous assistance, a businessman must work in one of the following areas:

  • Manufacture of consumer goods.
  • Popular directions of folk art.
  • Offers of rural and ecological tourism.
  • Housing and communal services.
  • Agro-industrial department.
  • The sphere of science and technology, as well as innovation.

How to get government assistance for small business development in 2019?

The main advantage of receiving such a subsidy is that it is free of charge and does not need to be returned through certain time. The state benefits from this, as a new small enterprise appears on the economic map, providing jobs for citizens, and competition with existing companies increases, which contributes to quality improvement and price stabilization.

But along with the conclusion of a subsidy agreement, the entrepreneur agrees to fulfill certain obligations. The main one is to provide detailed reporting.

Within 3 months from the date of receipt of funds from the state, the businessman is obliged to submit a report with documents on the use of the subsidy to the Employment Center. As confirmation, commodity or fiscal checks, receipts, paid payment orders and other documents can be provided. The financial report must be consistent with the paragraph of the business plan, which indicates the purpose of obtaining capital.

Important: if the business person cannot provide confirmation, he is obliged to return the subsidiary funds to the state in full.

Also, the terms of the drawn up agreement suggest that the activity of the financed small enterprise should last at least one year from the date of opening. This excludes the possibility of cooperation with one-day firms.

Help can be obtained from many instances and organizations that have the necessary powers. Here are some of them:

  • City administration. Department economic development provides information on types of financial support for small businesses.
  • Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This institution provides assistance in consulting on business, marketing, legal law, it helps to take part in exhibitions.
  • Entrepreneurship Support Fund. Based on the results mandatory evaluation of the presented project, the organization allocates finance for the activities of a small enterprise.
  • Business incubator. This organization is engaged in infrastructural support of the ideas of entrepreneurs at all stages of development, starting from the moment of opening.
  • Venture fund. Focuses mainly on innovative projects, further invests money in their activities.
  • Employment center.

Interesting: if your business project is socially or economically beneficial for the state, you can receive not only money for its implementation, but also free education, the right to take part in exhibitions, etc.

After contacting the above authorities, you will receive a list required documents. Here are the papers included in this list:

  1. Passport and TIN of the entrepreneur.
  2. Insurance certificate (SNILS).
  3. A certificate from the accounting department of the last place of official employment, which indicates salary information for three months before the completion of work.
  4. Education document.
  5. Application of a program participant for receiving financial support from the state (according to a specially approved form).
  6. Ready business plan.

Money from the Job Center

The most common way for entrepreneurs to get help is to apply to the Employment Center. How is this procedure carried out?

The first step is to register with the Employment Center and obtain the status of unemployed. This is a prerequisite, since the state allocation of funds is due only to those entrepreneurs who are registered as unemployed citizens. To do this, you need to have the following documents with you:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • work book;
  • marital status document;
  • education document.

Then you need to write a business plan with a detailed description of the project, target distribution of funds and an indication of its payback period. The third step is to register a business as an individual entrepreneur.

The package of documents is reviewed regional commission within 60 days. If a positive decision is made between the applicant and the Employment Center, an agreement will be concluded, and the funds will be transferred to the recipient's account. The commission may decide to reimburse only certain costs, such as the registration and opening of a small business. If the applicant receives a rejection notice, they may try again.

Grants for new businessmen

This type of allocation of funds from the state involves helping novice businessmen to open a business and those who are engaged in entrepreneurial activity no more than two years. The following organizations have the authority to distribute grants:

  • Department of Economic Development.
  • Funds for supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Unions created by entrepreneurs.

A prerequisite for obtaining a grant is the activity of a small enterprise in one of the priority sectors indicated above.

According to state legislation companies that produce wine and vodka products, tobacco products, luxury goods, work with real estate or engage in gaming activities do not receive payments.

Remember that the allocated money is directed to cover 30 to 50% of the total cost of the project. The businessman should look for the remaining finances for the development of the business on his own. Don't be afraid to invest, it can be.

The entrepreneur must provide the following documents:

  • Documents confirming the absence of other sources of financial support.
  • Certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur or LLC and a business plan.
  • An extract from the bank on the amount of own finances.
  • Certificate of positive credit history.

Then the Sectoral Commission decides on the provision of funds. The maximum amount of a cash grant is 500 thousand rubles (in Moscow and the region - up to 5 million rubles).

The state prioritizes the unemployed, young entrepreneurs, former military personnel, families with young children, etc.

Subsidy Program

State plans for subsidizing small enterprises are implemented at different administrative levels. Therefore, they can be systematized according to the scale and amount of allocated funds:

  1. Federal programs. They are implemented throughout the country, and they are also characterized by a large amount of allocated money for financial support for the opening and development of SMEs. A distinctive feature is that such programs work mainly with large-scale business projects, whose owners are already engaged in commercial activities.
  2. Regional programs. They work in the territories of administrative regions and dispose of the regional or district budget. The purpose of such programs is to develop the infrastructure of the whole region.
  3. Local programs. The scale of implementation is work with city or district entrepreneurs. Subsidies are limited to small amounts of funding.

The amount of assistance received, the form of its provision, as well as the list of necessary documents for processing an application depend on the features of the state program. The larger the scale of the program, the higher the competition and the more stringent selection rules. The small business owner should take this into account.

Concessional lending

Categories of small and medium-sized commercial entrepreneurs who are unable to receive material support from the state can apply for concessional loans. Many banks provide such loans on simplified terms. As mentioned, the probability of opening a loan with a favorable interest rate is higher for those who are engaged in priority activities for the state.

Advice: for all your questions regarding assistance, you can contact banking institutions or credit communities directly, as they also have lending programs for business start-ups.

The applicant receives a loan as a one-time cash payment in the amount of 50 million to 1 billion rubles. After the conclusion of the contract, the preferential program is valid for 3 years. A prerequisite is also investments and investments in the project of the businessman's own funds. Their number is determined as follows:

  • 20% if the loan amount is more than 500 million rubles or if the repayment of the loan is planned from the future income expected after the start of the business project.
  • There are no restrictions if funds are allocated for other investment plans.

The interest rate for use varies depending on the format of the enterprise. This is 10% per annum for medium-sized enterprises and 11-11.8% for small ones.

What can government money be used for?

As mentioned above, the granting process is a donation of funds that promote the opening and favorable development of a business. Concessional lending and other assistance programs also have simplified terms and reduced interest rates. At the same time, the use of financial support from the state is accompanied by documentary reports to confirm the intended purpose. The allocated money can be spent on the following:

  • Payment for the lease of a place or plot of land (no more than 20% of the principal amount is allocated to cover these costs).
  • Replenishment of working capital.
  • Workplace equipment.
  • Acquisition of equipment for production (purchased machines cannot be sold or exchanged for three years).
  • Purchase Supplies(the same rules apply - no more than 20% of the funds received).
  • Renovation and refurbishment work.
  • Intangible assets.

The entrepreneur draws up an annual report, which indicates exactly what the received subsidiary income was spent on. Also, certificates and receipts must be submitted to the control authorities.

Intangible Small Business Support Options

In our time, the state is ready to help novice businessmen of small and medium-sized enterprises not only by increasing capital. There are several other forms of support:

  1. Opportunity free education . Why in the first years of activity, many entrepreneurs, faced with problems, leave the business? They simply do not have the necessary knowledge about the conduct of their business. Such educational skills (such as how to lead) help in development, but are expensive, so not everyone can get them. The state provides start-up businessmen with the opportunity to study courses for free, as well as attend various seminars and lectures. The applicant is obliged to submit relevant documents to the necessary authorities: paid bills, certificates of training or concluded contracts. The payment will cover half of the expenses, but not more than 40 thousand rubles a year.
  2. Rent reduction. Another support option is discounts on the cost of renting premises where offices or production are directly located. Remember that you can get such a discount only if the building is municipal property and the lease agreement is concluded for a period of more than 5 years. Every year, the preferential rate increases (from 40 to 80% of the rent), and for the next period, the entrepreneur pays the full rate. A prerequisite is a competitive selection to determine a worthy candidate. The winner is allocated additional assistance to pay for communications.
  3. Compensation for participation in exhibitions. For promotion and further development, small business owners can take advantage of subsidies to participate in national or international exhibitions. Based on the results of the selection, the state can help pay for the costs of registration, rental of a place, transportation of exhibits, accommodation, organization and translation services. If the state aid amount does not exceed 150 thousand per year, you can pay up to half of the costs. Mandatory conditions for receiving compensation for small businesses: an application, an agreement with the organizers and a report on the work performed.

Summing up

The advantage of financial support programs is the ability to increase the capital of small companies. Since the state is interested in the development of small enterprises, the likelihood of receiving financial assistance is constantly growing. This is a good chance to start.

On the other hand, the conclusion of an agreement with the relevant government bodies obliges entrepreneurs to submit detailed reports and monitor the intended use of funds. Therefore, every businessman should study the features of existing support programs and the requirements for them. Then he will be able to use the assistance as efficiently as possible and fulfill his obligations.

Subsidies are payments, money that the state can give you to develop your business, which will not need to be returned.

Subsidies can be paid from the local budget, funds, third-party states.

What if you want to start your own small business but don't have the money to do so? There is a cool idea, but just as you were going to become a businessman, the bank did not approve your loan. There is an option to ask the state for money - to apply for a subsidy. We will tell you how to do it today.

On the territory of the Russian Federation, state financial assistance is provided for the development and support of small businesses.

Subsidies. For what? From whom? When?

For small businesses, a subsidy can be provided for such purposes as:

  • Purchase and lease of premises
  • Acquisition necessary equipment or goods for further sale
  • Acquisition of intangible assets

The money allocated by the state should be directed to the promotion of their small business and implementation for the purposes that will be indicated in the request itself. This will be checked, save all reports, so that later they can be provided as proof that public funds were used for their intended purpose.

In the absence of reporting, the entrepreneur will be subject to administrative or criminal liability.

What documents need to be collected? And where to apply?

Usually this is the Employment Center, sometimes these are funds that oversee specific programs, find out in your region.

Getting a subsidy for an entrepreneur is a long process. You will not receive money the next day.

Register your status as unemployed:

  • Do not have a formal job
  • Lack of entrepreneurial status

Contact the employment center in the region of your residence and register. Prepare documents:

  1. Passport + passport copy
  2. Diploma - certificate of education
  3. Original certificate of pension insurance
  4. Help 2NDFL in the last place of work

When registering, you should indicate that there is a desire to open a small business and man applying for a subsidy for its further development. You must also bring a business plan.

Relevance of business in the region

The business plan should spell out the relevance of the business in a given region, city or district, based on which the commission will make decisions.

How to correctly prepare a business plan (using the example of a store) read in the article -

After the transfer of the business plan, a date will be set for the commission on your issue. During the meeting, the commission asks the necessary questions and the applicant argues why exactly your business plan should receive financial support. As a result, a decision will be made to refuse or provide financial assistance.

There are a number of points in obtaining a subsidy

They won’t give money just like that - there will be conditions. Each city, region has a number of conditions that must be met.

Each employment center has people who need to be placed in a job, let's say to place three people, one of whom will be disabled. Calculate the cost of maintaining additional jobs in advance.

Compliance with the set conditions will be monitored, inspectors or commissions will come, they will check reporting documents, they will contact employees to clarify their activity.

No one will press and press, but there will be verifications.

You will need to submit reports yourself, they will give you a list necessary documents and forms of submission. It is not difficult, the main thing is not to miss the reporting date.

After approval of the provision of subsidies, you need to open an individual entrepreneur, open a bank account, provide details and tax registration documents to the employment center. The money will then be transferred to your account.

Let's return to the topic of relevance. Here's a flyer for you.

What specific measures of state support can a person who has opened his own business count on?

Subsidies from the employment center

If you are just planning to open your own business, then the first thing you need to know about is the existence of a special program of the Ministry of Economic Development to provide subsidies to small and medium-sized businesses at the regional level. Within the framework of this program, the employment center provides one-time financial assistance in starting their own business.

The amount is provided in the amount of 12 times the maximum unemployment benefit. Previously, it was 58,800 rubles. (assuming that the amount of unemployment benefit was 4900 rubles). However, from January 1, 2019 maximum size benefits will increase from 4900 rubles. up to 8,000 rubles, so the amount of the subsidy may increase. It also provides for one-time financial assistance for the preparation of documents: payment of state duty, performance of notarial acts during state registration, purchase of blank documentation, production of seals, stamps, legal services, consultations. So, for example, in the Moscow region, financial assistance for the preparation of documents is 7,500 rubles.

The subsidy from the employment center is available to citizens who have reached the age of 18. But in order to receive it, they need to register with the employment center, that is, have the status of an unemployed person and receive benefits. It is also worth considering that not everyone is given subsidies, since there are a limited number of them, and they are issued at the beginning of the financial year (you need to try to get in the right period). About these and other subtleties Vasily Puchkov, Deputy Director of the Regional Center for Support of the Olympiad Movement.

Grant Support

This type of support is usually provided regional authorities. The grant is provided to a start-up entrepreneur in the form of a lump-sum subsidy, on an irrevocable and gratuitous basis. The maximum amount, as a rule, is 600,000 rubles. But depending on the region, the conditions for obtaining grants may differ. Therefore, it is better to find out all the details on the spot. Money is allocated to those whose applications have passed the competitive selection. Among the selection criteria are the scope of the business, the amount of revenue, the number of jobs, etc.

In 2019, novice farmers can still count on special support from the state. The amount of the grant under the program "Support for Beginning Farmers" can reach 3 million rubles. This amount, for example, is received by novice livestock farmers in the Moscow region if they specialize in breeding large cattle, and 1.5 million rubles. provided to farms operating in other areas. IN farming who received such a grant must create at least one job for every 1 million rubles. grant.

In Tatarstan, for 2019, the amount of grant support under the Beginning Farmer program will be higher - it will amount to 5 million rubles. instead of the previous 3 million. So the conditions and amounts should be clarified in each case.

In addition, there are grants in the amount of up to 30 million rubles. for the development of family livestock farms.

In St. Petersburg, since 2015, the program “Support for Social Entrepreneurship” has been implemented, under which the costs associated with the payment of rental payments and the purchase of equipment are reimbursed: rent of buildings, non-residential premises, rental of equipment and purchase of equipment.

In addition, a program has been developed in St. Petersburg to support entrepreneurs who create children's centers; a program to support handicraft entrepreneurs, and other programs.
