Chief Power Engineer. Journal “Proceedings of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Energy Actual magazines for an accountant in the electric power industry

Journal “Izvestiya RAS. Energetika was founded in 1963. Academician V.I.Popkov was the organizer and the first editor-in-chief of the journal. In 1985 - 2009, the journal was headed by Academician K.S. Demirchyan.
Until 1992, the journal was called “Proceedings of the Academy of Sciences. Energy and transport”, and it reflected transport problems. Subsequently, the emphasis in transport topics shifted to the field of fuel and energy transport, and a significant and important part of the publications were the problems of hydro- and aerodynamics of gas pipelines and oil pipelines and the problems of creating, developing, optimizing and managing a single gas supply system of the country. Since 1993, the journal has been called Izvestia of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Energy.
The journal publishes articles on a wide range of fundamental scientific problems related to the development of energy as the technical basis of civilization. First of all, these are articles on the problems of development of one of the largest energy industries in the world - the Russian energy industry, its fuel - energy complex and power engineering. Articles are published on the problems of global, general, nuclear, space energy, economics and ecology of energy, energy policy, electric power and electrical engineering, thermal power and heat engineering, hydropower and hydraulic engineering, thermal physics and electrophysics, as well as articles on other problems related to energy.
A large share in the subject of the journal is occupied by the problems of regulation and control of power plants, power systems and their associations, their mathematical and physical modeling for the study and development of control systems for stationary and transient processes, the problems of reliable and safe operation of power plants and systems.
All entering the journal science articles are reviewed by experts and discussed by members of the editorial board, this determines the possibility of publishing the article.
Some of the articles published in the Russian-language journal are published in English language by Pleades Publishing and the International Association of Publishing Companies in THERMAL ENGINEERING magazine (ISSN: 0040 - 6015). These articles are included in the Scopus bibliographic and abstract database and in the list of Russian peer-reviewed articles. scientific journals. The journal has a high rating in the RSCI.

Rules for submitting articles

Rules for submitting articles for publication in the journal " Chief Power Engineer»

The editors of the journal are provided with:

All text is typed in Times New Roman Cyr, size 12 pt, with one and a half line spacing. Indents at the beginning of a paragraph - 0.7 cm, paragraphs are clearly marked. Margins (in cm): left and top - 2, right and bottom - 1.5. Numbering - "from the center" from the first page. The volume of the article is no more than 15-16 thousand characters with spaces (including abstracts, keywords, notes, lists of sources).

Text structure:

. Information about the author / authors: name, patronymic, surname, position, place of work, academic title, academic degree, home address (with index), contact phone numbers (work, home), e-mail address - are placed before the title of the article in the above sequence (right-aligned).

Article title

Keywords according to the content of the article (8–10 words) are placed after the abstract.

Main text Articles should preferably be divided into subsections (with subheadings).

The initials in the text are typed through a non-breaking space with the surname (simultaneous pressing of the keys "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "space". There are no spaces between initials.

Type abbreviations i.e., because and similar are typed through a non-breaking space.

Quotation marks “…” are used in the text, if internal and external quotes occur, then “Christmas trees” act as external ones, “paws” as internal ones - “…"…"".

The text uses an em dash (-), obtained by pressing the keys simultaneously "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "-", as well as a hyphen (-).

Tables, diagrams, figures and formulas in the text should be numbered; diagrams and tables should have headings placed above the diagram or table field, and each figure should have a caption.

List of used literature / used sources (if the list includes electronic resources) is drawn up in accordance with accepted standards, is placed at the end of the article. Sources are given in alphabetical order (Russian, other languages). References to the list in the main text are given in square brackets [source number in the list, page].

Notes are numbered in Arabic numerals (using the menu button of the text editor "superscript" - x2). When preparing bibliographic sources, notes and references, automatic "footnotes" of the text editor are not used. "Footnote" is given in a footnote on 1 page in case of indicating the continuation of the article and / or the source of the publication.

Figure captions are drawn up according to the scheme: name/file number of the illustration - explanations to it (what/who is depicted, where; for images of book covers and their content - a bibliographic description; etc.). The file numbers in the list must correspond to the names/numbers of the photographic materials provided.

2. Materials in English- information about the author/authors, article title, abstract, keywords- printed and electronic form(second separate file on CD/by e-mail) containing text in Word format (version 1997–2003).

To narrow the search results, you can refine the query by specifying the fields to search on. The list of fields is presented above. For example:

You can search across multiple fields at the same time:

logical operators

The default operator is AND.
Operator AND means that the document must match all the elements in the group:

research development

Operator OR means that the document must match one of the values in the group:

study OR development

Operator NOT excludes documents containing this element:

study NOT development

Search type

When writing a query, you can specify the way in which the phrase will be searched. Four methods are supported: search based on morphology, without morphology, search for a prefix, search for a phrase.
By default, the search is based on morphology.
To search without morphology, it is enough to put the "dollar" sign before the words in the phrase:

$ study $ development

To search for a prefix, you need to put an asterisk after the query:

study *

To search for a phrase, you need to enclose the query in double quotes:

" research and development "

Search by synonyms

To include synonyms of a word in the search results, put a hash mark " # " before a word or before an expression in brackets.
When applied to one word, up to three synonyms will be found for it.
When applied to a parenthesized expression, a synonym will be added to each word if one was found.
Not compatible with no-morphology, prefix, or phrase searches.

# study

grouping

Parentheses are used to group search phrases. This allows you to control the boolean logic of the request.
For example, you need to make a request: find documents whose author is Ivanov or Petrov, and the title contains the words research or development:

Approximate word search

For approximate search you need to put a tilde " ~ " at the end of a word in a phrase. For example:

bromine ~

The search will find words such as "bromine", "rum", "prom", etc.
You can optionally specify the maximum number of possible edits: 0, 1, or 2. For example:

bromine ~1

The default is 2 edits.

Proximity criterion

To search by proximity, you need to put a tilde " ~ " at the end of a phrase. For example, to find documents with the words research and development within 2 words, use the following query:

" research development "~2

Expression relevance

To change the relevance of individual expressions in the search, use the sign " ^ " at the end of an expression, and then indicate the level of relevance of this expression in relation to the others.
The higher the level, the more relevant the given expression.
For example, in this expression, the word "research" is four times more relevant than the word "development":

study ^4 development

By default, the level is 1. Valid values are a positive real number.

Search within an interval

To specify the interval in which the value of some field should be, you should specify the boundary values in brackets, separated by the operator TO.
A lexicographic sort will be performed.

Such a query will return results with the author starting from Ivanov and ending with Petrov, but Ivanov and Petrov will not be included in the result.
To include a value in an interval, use square brackets. Use curly braces to escape a value.
