Obtaining an author's copy

1. To publish a scientific article, the author prepares an application to the Publishing House. The application includes the manuscript of the article, prepared in accordance with the requirements for registration, a cover letter with information about the authors, additional documents. We draw the attention of the authors: the correct execution of the application reduces the time for consideration of materials and eliminates possible errors; Applications with missing or incomplete information about the authors will not be considered.

2. Application for publication is sent by e-mail to the editor the corresponding edition. Any questions, comments, requests arising from the customer in the process of publishing the article should be addressed to the editor of the publication by e-mail.

3. By submitting an application, the author agrees to the terms Agreement on the publication of printed materials, other conditions and requirements published on the website of the Publishing House, undertakes to comply with the ethics of scientific publications adopted by the Publishing House, guarantees that the submitted materials have not been published previously and are not under consideration in other publications, while preparing them, the rights of other persons are respected , the materials contain all the necessary citations. The author is aware that an article published in violation of ethics is subject to retraction in accordance with the Procedure adopted by the Publishing House.

4. The term for preliminary consideration of the application by the editor is up to 3 working days. The editor checks the compliance of the article with the subject of the publication, the author's compliance with the formatting requirements, the availability of the necessary references to sources from the list of references, determines the level of borrowing, evaluates the structure and format of the article, the language and style of presentation. If necessary, the editor has the right to ask for corrections or reject the application with an indication of the reason. The originality of the text of the manuscript must be at least 75% in accordance with the Anti-Plagiarism system. It is allowed to publish works posted in university online repositories of scientific articles (repositories) or on personal websites of authors, but not published in other print or electronic publications.

5. If there are no comments at the preliminary stage of consideration, the editor sends the manuscript for review. The expert evaluation of the article is carried out in accordance with the Reviewing Procedure adopted by the Publishing House. Taking into account the time required by the authors to finalize the articles based on the comments of the reviewers, as well as to re-examine the manuscripts, the review period may be one month or more.

6. The editors decide on the publication of articles based on the findings of the reviewers. The article can be accepted for publication, sent to the author for revision (with detailed recommendations), rejected. The editorial decision is brought to the attention of the author.

7. If the article is accepted for publication, the editor sends a payment document to the author, which indicates the cost, options and procedure for paying for publishing services. The publication can be paid for by universities, scientific and other organizations, authors, incl. through grants. At the request of the author, all Required documents confirming the publication: contracts, acts, invoices, certificates.

8. Approved and paid articles are subject to publication in emerging issues in accordance with the publication schedule.

9. Sending the author's copy is carried out by registered post after receipt of the magazine from the printing house. An identification number postal item to track the location of the parcels can be obtained from the editor.
