Owners of Hyundai vehicles purchased from official dealers LLC "Hyundai Motor CIS" (hereinafter - "Dealer" / "Dealers") from June 01, 2010 to May 31, 2013, have the opportunity to use the special program "Hyundai Family (Family)".
This offer is valid for the owner of a Hyundai car - an individual and / or legal entity upon activation by the Dealer of a special card confirming the possibility to use this program.

What is included in the *** "Hyundai Family" program?

The official distributor of Hyundai cars - Hyundai Motor CIS LLC - provides the following discounts for owners who bought a Hyundai* car from official dealers after 07/01/2010:

  1. In the amount of 3% of the retail value of a new imported Hyundai car**. The discount is valid for the subsequent purchase of an imported Hyundai car ** from official dealers of Hyundai Motor CIS LLC. The discount is provided for 2 years after the first transaction for the purchase of a Hyundai car *.
  2. In the amount of 3% of the retail price of a new Hyundai Solaris car upon the subsequent purchase of a Hyundai Solaris car from official dealers of Hyundai Motor CIS LLC, but only on condition that the first transaction for the purchase of a Hyundai car, the transfer of the Hyundai car to the first buyer and the transfer of the Hyundai Family card under such a transaction took place in the period after 01/07/2010 to 04/04/2011 inclusive. This discount is provided for 2 years from the date of the first transaction for the purchase of a Hyundai car specified in this clause *.
  3. In the amount of 1% of the retail price of a new Hyundai Solaris car upon the subsequent purchase of a Hyundai Solaris car from official dealers of Hyundai Motor CIS LLC, if the first transaction for the purchase of a Hyundai car and the transfer of the Hyundai car to the first buyer and the transfer of the Hyundai Family card under such a transaction took place in the period after 04/05/2011 (including 04/05/2011). This discount is provided within 2 years after the first transaction specified in this paragraph for the purchase of a Hyundai Solaris car.

Hyundai Solaris car warranty 5 years or 150,000 km

The official distributor of Hyundai - the company "Hyundai Motor CIS" -
provides a limited warranty for the Hyundai Solaris vehicle.
5 years or 150,000 km (whichever comes first). The warranty expires after 5 years of vehicle operation, starting from the day the car is handed over by an authorized dealer, to the first buyer, or after reaching 150,000 km of run, whichever comes first, subject to the limitations set forth in the car's service book.

Warranty for other Hyundai vehicles 5 years or 120,000 km

A Hyundai Authorized Distributor provides a 5 year or 120,000 km (120,000 km) Extended Vehicle Limited Warranty on engine and transmission parts, excluding attachments engine, taking into account the limitations of the manufacturer's warranty set out on the website www.hyundai.ru in the warranty section. This warranty applies exclusively to imported cars imported into the territory of the Russian Federation by Hyundai Motor CIS LLC with a date of transfer to the first buyer after July 01, 2010.
Limited Warranty Certificates are issued to the first purchaser at the same time as the Hyundai vehicle is handed over, along with the Owner's Manual and Service Book, and are an integral part of the Hyundai vehicle. The Limited Warranty Certificate is only valid upon presentation of the Service Book and only for the Hyundai vehicle listed on it.

Hyundai Roadside Assistance Service

Service "Hyundai Roadside Assistance". The service is provided to both individuals and legal entities, with the exception of the 1 year VIP program.

For owners of Santa Fe, ix55, Sonata new (YF), Grandeur, Genesis, Genesis Coupe, Equus cars (issued to the end customer before 04/25/2012), the owner is offered one of the following programs to choose from:

"1 year VIP" (the program does not apply to clients of legal entities), which includes: technical assistance on the road;
evacuation in case of an accident or if it is impossible to eliminate the malfunction on the spot;
service provision zone - up to 50 km from the administrative border of the settlement where the official Dealer is present;
the program is valid for 1 year from the date of issue of the car to the first buyer (warranty start date).

For owners of Solaris cars (issued to the end customer before 08/31/2011), i20, i30, ix35, i40, Veloster (issued to the end customer starting from 06/08/2008) the "3 years Standard" program is offered, which includes:

technical assistance on the road;
evacuation in case of an accident or if it is impossible to eliminate the malfunction on the spot;
service provision zone - up to 50 km from the administrative border of the settlement where the official Dealer is present;

For owners of Equus vehicles (issued to the end customer from 04/26/2012), the Equus 5 Years program is offered, which includes:

technical assistance on the road;
evacuation in case of an accident or if it is impossible to eliminate the malfunction on the spot;
service provision zone - up to 50 km from the administrative border of the settlement where the official Dealer is present;
the program is valid for 3 years from the date of issue of the car to the first buyer (warranty start date).

For owners of Solaris cars (issued to the end customer from 09/01/2011) the program "5 years Standard" is offered, which includes:

technical assistance on the road;
evacuation if it is impossible to eliminate the malfunction on the spot;
service provision zone - up to 50 km from the administrative border of the settlement where the official Dealer is present;
the program is valid for 5 years from the date the car was issued to the first buyer (warranty start date).
